I’m a Uk 18-20 and I ordered the xxl so I could wear it on my hips. I only use for walking, but absolutely love it, stays in place with no issues at all. Key and credit card etc in zip pocket so no worries about loosing them and iPod just slips in and out of open pocket with no hassle. This is great because I can look at it whenever I like without having to undo zip and worry that something will fall out. Actually just leave spare key for car in my flipbelt now so on my way home from work I can just jump out my car, leave huge bunch of keys in boot and close and open the car without even taking key out, as remote works through material. Only thing I would say is it is a little warm because of the layers it adds as is quite thick material, but that’s why it stays in place. Also can imagine if you were running and had it directly on your skin, might get a bit damp, but it’s washable. I also tried the smaller size which would be perfect if you wanted to wear it around your waist, but would definitely be too warm for me having it there. Loved the narrower classic version as less material and felt cooler, but I do like the security of the zip.
